Our reports are concise, easy to read, and are typically ready within three days of an inspection. We serve Austin and the surrounding Central Texas area. The engineer must be payed at the site.

In addition to the above fees we charge a travel fee to inspect properties in outlying areas. The following is not a complete list but travel charges can be estimated by adding $25.00 for any city just beyond one listed. Others can be negotiated.
If a re-inspection is requested in a reasonably short time, there will be a reduction of $50.00 for the second inspection.
The price for a slab foundation design for a room addition ranges from $400.00 to $600.00.
The engineer charges $250.00/hour for expert witness consultation. Court appearances and testimony will be negotiated.
Construction inspection and certifications are $175.00 / trip plus $100.00 per report issued.
Inspection and report for manufactured homes is $450.00.
Drainage inspection and report is $450.00.
Garage door lintel inspection and report is $350.00.
Pool inspection and report is $450.00.
A slab foundation design at 8 1/2" x 11" without dimension starts at $550.00. A slab house foundation design with dimensions to 1/4 scale start at $900.00.
Pier and Beam foundation design fees will be negotiated by the engineer.
